About Taylor O'Neal

I'm based in Seattle, Washington where I work where business and technology meet. I am skilled from strategy through execution, creating presentations to envision the future and pressure testing ideas, and then making them real in the market with customers. I love to support and challenge employers, clients, teams, and other consultants to do work that meaningfully impacts the world and as a result, grow together. I have an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management where I focused on Innovation and Strategic Management. I also have a master's in Information Systems from Indiana University and a BS in Business from Miami University (Ohio not Florida). I'm a certified yoga teacher and scuba instructor as well, bringing balance and adventure to everything I do.

I’m here to be your challenge and support as you go about creating the businesses that enhance our lives.

In that mission, I will be attempting to connect you with support, spaces where you think you are crazy (and are not) as well as challenging you to think critically about what you are doing that’s not working, especially if you are in a series of repeating patterns that aren’t serving you.

This (and connecting with me) is not where you go for a rehashing of the latest business trends, contradictory advice, or even long-form wonderful, and more academic content.  I am focused on the essentials, the identification of principles behind what we do, and working towards a vision of how things can be where we flourish together.
